Public Offer (Terms of Service)
Agreement for the JobHunter service: what the service does, what it does not do, and on what terms.
IMPORTANT: The Service acts as an intermediary and promises nothing and guarantees nothing. It only provides technical services — matching vacancies, preparing letters and sending applications. The Service does not guarantee employment, invitations, employer replies, any particular number of vacancies or applications, and is not responsible for the outcome of the job search.
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) of the JobHunter service administration (the “Service”, the “Administration”) and contains all essential terms of service.
Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer is any of the following: registering in the Service, saving the profile, or creating a payment order for a plan. By doing so, the client (the “Client”) confirms having read and accepted the Offer and the Privacy Policy in full and without reservation.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older. By registering, the Client confirms meeting this requirement.
Service documents are published in English, which is the binding language of these terms.
2. Subject: what the Service does
The Service automates searching for jobs abroad: based on the Client's profile it matches vacancies from international job platforms, writes a cover letter for each vacancy, and queues applications for sending.
Capabilities differ per platform and depend on their technical limitations:
- some platforms are collected by the Service on its own servers — the Client only needs a completed profile;
- some platforms (for example LinkedIn, Seek, Jora) block server requests with Cloudflare protection — vacancies and applications there are handled by a browser extension installed by the Client, from the Client's own browser and own account;
- the list of platforms and the daily application limits per platform are shown in the plan cards and in the client area, and may change as technical availability changes.
3. The Service is an intermediary: no promises and no guarantees
The Service acts solely as an intermediary and provider of technical services. It gives the Client tools: searching and matching vacancies from international platforms, preparing cover letters and queuing applications for sending. The Service is not a party to the relationship between the Client and any platform, employer or recruitment agency and does not take part in that relationship.
The Service promises nothing and guarantees nothing. Any expectations of a result the Client may have formed from descriptions on the website, plan cards, interface, correspondence or advertising are not an obligation of the Service and do not create one.
The Client acknowledges that the outcome of a job search depends on the market, employer requirements, platform rules, competition, and the accuracy and completeness of the Client's profile — that is, on circumstances the Service does not influence and is not responsible for.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”: the Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, availability of third-party platforms, the safety or accuracy of vacancies, or the fitness of the Service for a particular purpose of the Client.
All figures shown on the website (daily application limits, number of platforms, platform yield statistics, examples of vacancies and letters) are informational, reflect the technical capabilities of the Service at the time of publication and are not a promise of any result.
The Service does not provide recruitment, legal, tax, migration or visa advice and does not guarantee that the Client meets employer requirements, visa or migration rules.
No statements made in correspondence, by phone or otherwise extend the Service's obligations: the Service's obligations are limited to the literal text of this Offer.
4. What the Service does not do
The Client acknowledges and accepts the following limitations:
- the Service does NOT register the Client on third-party platforms and does not create or manage accounts on the Client's behalf;
- the Service does NOT solve or bypass captchas, phone checks, email confirmations or other protections of third-party websites;
- the Service does NOT guarantee employment, an interview invitation, a reply from an employer, or any specific number of responses;
- the Service is not a recruitment agency, does not represent the Client before employers and does not conclude contracts on the Client's behalf;
- the Service does not verify the accuracy of vacancies or the good faith of employers.
5. Client obligations
- to have own accounts on the platforms and to sign in to them personally in the browser;
- to provide accurate profile data and keep it up to date;
- to comply with the terms of use of the platforms the Client works with;
- not to share access to the client area with third parties;
- to use the Service lawfully and not for mass spam, fraud or circumventing platform restrictions.
6. Risk of platform restrictions
Automated applications may conflict with the rules of certain platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek and others explicitly restrict automated actions. The Client accepts this risk in full.
The Administration is not liable for restriction, blocking or deletion of the Client's account on any third-party platform, nor for the consequences of such actions, and does not compensate related losses. The Client decides whether to use the Service with a particular platform.
7. Plans, trial period and limits
- the Service provides a free trial period; its duration is shown on the pricing page and may be changed by the Administration;
- a paid plan lasts 30 calendar days from payment confirmation; there is no automatic renewal;
- daily application limits per platform depend on the chosen plan and are shown in the plan card;
- if the Client pays for a new period before the current one ends, the paid days add up: the new term starts from the end of the paid period.
8. Payment and refunds
- payment is made in USDT (TRC-20) to the address shown in the client area; the exact amount is set by the plan;
- the order is confirmed manually by the Administration within 6 hours after the funds arrive; the plan then activates automatically;
- refunds are not provided: the free trial period is given to evaluate the Service;
- by paying, a consumer Client consents to immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection law;
- if payment is not confirmed, the plan does not activate and access to the Service features remains closed.
9. Profile: one submission per period
The profile is submitted once per period: during the free trial or per each paid period. Within a period, corrections, additions and changes are technically unavailable.
A new submission becomes available when the next paid period activates. The Client must therefore fill in the profile carefully: matching and letters are based strictly on it.
10. Access and suspension of access
While the trial or a paid plan is active, all Service features within the plan are available. After access ends, the client area stays available for viewing, but all features — vacancy collection, letters, queuing applications, changing settings and the profile — are blocked until payment.
Browser extension access also stops: its token becomes invalid. After payment is confirmed, access is restored automatically without reinstalling the extension.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration gives no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, expected result or uninterrupted operation.
The Administration is not liable for outages of third-party platforms, employer decisions, quality or accuracy of published vacancies, inability to apply for reasons on the platform side, or for any indirect losses or lost profit.
The Administration's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the current paid period.
12. Suspension and deletion of an account
The Administration may block or delete the Client's account together with related data (profile, matches, letters, application queue) without prior notice in cases of: breach of the Offer, attempts to hack or bypass technical restrictions, fraud, mass automation harmful to the Service, or where required by law.
The Client may request deletion of the account at any time; the request is executed together with related data and cannot be undone.
13. Cookies, analytics and messaging
The Client may delete saved cookies through browser settings at any time; signing in again will then be required.
- the website uses strictly necessary cookies: they keep the client-area sign-in session and remember the chosen theme; without them the client area cannot work;
- analytics cookies of the web analytics service serve aggregated visit statistics only and are loaded after the visitor's consent; refusing them does not affect the Service;
- the set of cookies, their purposes, lifetimes and how to opt out are described in the “Cookies” document, which forms part of this Offer;
- the Service does not use cookies for third-party advertising and does not sell visit data;
- service notifications (trial or plan expiry, letters ready, application statuses) are delivered inside the client area; the Service does not send marketing mailings, and if it ever does, only with separate consent.
14. Personal data
Processing of the Client's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By registering and using the Service, the Client confirms having read it.
15. Changes to the terms
The Administration may change the Offer, plans and limits. The new edition is published on this page with its date and takes effect upon publication; continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new edition.
16. Governing law and disputes
The parties seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation via the Service support.
17. Contacts
The service provider is the JobHunter service administration. Contact is available through the support channel indicated in the client area.
You can reach the administration through the support channel in the client area.
By registering and paying for a plan, the client accepts this public offer and the privacy policy.
